Ten years of face-to-face fundraising for Australian charities.
Sydney teams, PFRA accredited, contracted directly by Save the Children since 2023.

Among the charities we have raised money for.
Save the Children's Sydney face-to-face programme has run with us since 2023, renewed every contract period.

"Ignite Marketing Solutions are a key partner in our face-to-face fundraising program. Dan and the team have demonstrated a strong commitment to reliably deliver against targets and quality expectations, aligning closely with our values and objectives. Since 2023 they are a trusted strategic partner and we continue to see improved results in a competitive market."
Two ways this usually starts.
Already running face-to-face.
Bring your attrition, cost per donor, average gift and payback. We will tell you straight whether we can move them.
Starting from zero.
We agree targets, sites and donor profile with you, show you what comparable sites have returned, and report from the first shift.
Two weeks from your briefing to the first shift.
Once we have your brand assets and the team is briefed, our part takes under two weeks. Anything before that is your own sign-off process, and we work to it.
All we need from you.
Brand assets, a briefing for the team, and the kit they carry: uniforms, merchandise, blade stands and podiums.
Everything else we handle.
Sites, rostering, cause training, welcome calls and reporting. Which areas we work in is agreed with you.
- A donor who does not pass our welcome call. That donor is our cost, not yours.
- A donor outside the criteria we agreed. They still come to you and you keep every dollar they give.
- An early cancellation. Clawback puts that on us, not on you.
We carry the upfront cost either way. Charities run to different finance rules and policies, so the rest is built to yours and settled before the first shift.
We put your campaign where the numbers already work.
We hold the numbers for every site we work: share of donors over 40, first-debit rate, early attrition and average pledge. Where we put the fundraisers on your campaign is decided on those, not on habit.
You can see a site's record before we work your campaign there.
No unspent budget at the end of the campaign.
We staff to what we commit to. If a target is beyond us you hear that at proposal stage, not in month eleven.
Our fundraisers are paid on the same thing you are measured on.
Fundraisers earn on approved donors only, and pledge quality sets their pay and their promotion. An early cancellation is worth nothing to the fundraiser who took it, and under the clawback terms we agree, it is our cost, not yours.
We call and text every donor before you are invoiced.
Our in-house team calls every donor we sign, and texts them as well so a donor who cannot take the call can reply when it suits them. Between the two we reach about 70%. Every call is recorded and the recordings are yours.
That happens before we invoice, whether or not your supporter-care team calls as well. A donor who was never going to last shows up on that call rather than at first debit.
The people who will be wearing your brand.
Daniel has been fundraising face to face since 2010 and founded Ignite in 2016. He still works shifts, so the standard our fundraisers are held to is one he enforces on site, not one written into a policy.
Trained, and kept trained
A paid 90-day training and mentorship program to start, then charity briefings, client sessions and coaching on their own numbers for as long as they are with us. Every fundraiser sees their own retention and quality figures, and bonuses and promotion are built on them.
Compliance and safeguarding
PFRA member, and every fundraiser works to the PFRA Standard, mystery shopping included. Eligibility criteria are agreed with you and checked on the welcome call. Complaints get a written answer within two business days, and you see every one. We carry $20 million public liability cover and workers compensation, and donor data goes into your system through EverGiving, with payment details never held by us.
Tell us what you are trying to raise.
It goes straight to Daniel, who can answer on sites, timing and terms in the first conversation. The same person runs the campaign after you sign.

Questions charities ask us.
How big a campaign can you run?
We size the team to the campaign, so volume is one of the first things we agree. We have not missed a volume we committed to, partly because we decline the ones we cannot reach.
How is it priced?
Flat fee per approved donor, quality-tiered, or performance-protected with attrition thresholds agreed up front. We carry the upfront cost, and we set the invoicing point to your requirements.
How do pledges reach us?
Captured on EverGiving at sign-up and delivered into your system. Payment details sit with EverGiving, not with us.
What happens to a donor who does not qualify?
A donor outside the criteria we agreed still comes to you. You keep every dollar they give and we do not invoice for them.
How are your fundraisers paid?
An hourly wage as employees with super, whatever happens on the day. Pledge quality is rewarded on top of that wage, never instead of it.
Are fundraisers police checked?
National Police Checks and Working With Children Checks to your campaign's requirements, before the first shift. Every fundraiser carries photo ID.
What happens when there is a complaint?
It is logged, the fundraiser is interviewed, and you have a written response within two business days. You see every one.
We already run our own welcome calls. Does that matter?
No. Ours is a quality check before we invoice. Your supporter-care calls run as usual, and you get our outcomes and recordings.
What if it is not working?
If something is underperforming we would rather change it than defend it. That is easier when you see the same numbers we do.
Can you work with a smaller charity or a pilot?
Yes. Pricing and campaign model scale to a smaller budget or a limited run. If the numbers do not stack up for you, we say so before you spend anything.
Where do you operate?
Approved sites across Greater Sydney, and road trips into regional NSW and beyond for the right campaign.
How do we check a campaign is running as agreed?
Sites and shifts are agreed before the week starts. You are welcome on site unannounced at any time, and PFRA mystery shopping runs independently of both of us.
Is this door-to-door or site based?
Approved sites: shopping centres, stations and events. If door-to-door suits your campaign, we can build it.
How long has Ignite been doing this?
Since 2016, and an accredited member of the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association.
