We agree specific volume with you directly, based on the live charity contracts we're running at the time, rather than one number we publish for every partner. We hold the charity contracts directly, so the pipeline doesn't depend on a middle layer.
How are we paid?
Per approved, quality-checked donor. Your exact rate depends on your team and the campaign, so we agree it with you directly rather than publishing one figure for every partner. Payment lands within 14 days of each cycle's export.
Whose program do our teams work under?
Under our live charity contracts and PFRA-standard compliance framework. The specific charity and campaign are agreed with you at onboarding.
Can I bring my existing team?
Yes, that's usually the point. Your crew stays your crew. Check any restraints or non-solicit obligations you're under before you make a move. That part's on you, and we'd rather you do it properly.
I've never run my own books, or used software like this before. Can you help me set up?
Yes. If you're moving from managing someone else's team to running your own, Daniel will walk you through it personally, one-on-one — the software itself, timesheets, financial insights, the recruitment tools, all of it. You're not handed a login and left to figure it out. We've taken managers through this before.
Will you go around me to my reps?
No. Zero-poaching isn't just a line on this page. You keep full control of your team, and we deal with you, never around you.
What do you expect from us?

Do we pay to use the tools?
No. Every delivery partner gets full access at no cost, it's included in the partnership. If the partnership ends, so does your software access. Separate paid memberships are available if you'd like to keep using the tools independently afterwards.
